where exactly do the reason show on the realtime monitoring?

i can see the agent paused with a red dot next to the agents name and also what time they "paused" but it doesnt show a reason??

Running QueueMetrics / display pause reasons
« on: June 02, 2008, 12:29:56 »
this is probably something really simple but....

is there a way of showing the reason why an agent is paused on the "real-time monitoring"

it shows the status of an agent i.e. on a call, ready and on pause but not the reason selected by the agent

thanks all

thanks for the reply!

the enviroment we have is quite small we have several agents taking inbound calls but also need to do outbound too

they also really need to be able to take local/ in house phone calls too.

i think the seperate lines is the best option

Running QueueMetrics / line in use
« on: May 30, 2008, 17:21:42 »
hello all

when an agent has taken a call locally (from another extension and not from the queue) the phone isn't engaged within the queue, so if a call comes from the queue to the agent who is still engaged on the local call,  the call is passed straight to voicemail

i have call-limit=1 in the queues.conf to try an stop this but it doesnt seem to help

anyone???

thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

if i set visibility to hidden the clock and scroller does disappear but the queue information still wont go up (does that make sense?!)

i have been playing around with, if i remove #titolo. Then at the top of the screen goes blank so i should then be able to use  alignment in #scroller  to move the queue information up

however the top: 0px; has no effect moving the queue information up

i know its probably something really stupid that i have missed!

thanks all :)

righto, we have changed the resolution to 1024x768 so now the display is "full screen" however, a small thing is although its nice to see when then screen is being refreshed, is there a way to remove the clock and scroller?

the reason for this is that with the resolution being so low now there hardly any room for the queues

thanks

Running QueueMetrics / wallboard page sizes
« on: May 22, 2008, 17:36:57 »
hello all

we are struggerling with the size of the wallboard. we are wanting to run the wallboard to a 37" widescreen monitor mounted on the wall however, because of the way the wallboard is designed through html/ java the monitor is only showing on half of the screen

is there a way to increase the size of the cells within the tables? so they go right across the screen

i have already increased the size of the fonts (the easy bit!)

many thanks Danny
