I did not find any solution to fix this issue but instead i do record the call and it suit my purpose for now.  If i find a solution i will post it

I fix the incoming by putting the iax2 extension as a static agent.

But if if try to call from queuemetrics outbound queue, from the QM web Interface..  It tries to ring the IAX2 phone but the phone never rings but the destination does get the call so the call is routed out by the system.  If i do the same thing with the same phone but instead of acquiring the phone as IAX2 i use the SIP everything is working the phone rings i can pickup and then route the call.   I have tried to put the IAX" extension in as a static agent but same issue cannot do an outbound call from the QM web app

Running QueueMetrics / How to get Iax2 to work with queue

Hi,

I have 4 agents which need to use Iax2 phone (Zoiper) but this does not seem to be working as the phone does not ring when they get a call from the queue.

From what i gather is that queuemetrics is only configured for SIP protocol and not IAX2

There must be a way to activate that protocol.

Does someone know how to?????

So if it supposed to work i am still getting no audio, i guess that i am missing something to make it work
Heres the CLI when i try to lesson to live call
I dont know if that can help to solve my problem
ext 264 is the one i am listenning with and QM_AGENT_LOGEXT: sip/3202 is the agent
When i pickup the line i can hear the beep and then i am connected but can't hear the agent talk

I got that info searching through Google that is why i wander if someone can validate if that info id true or not.
I do run ver 1.6 Asterisk with Trixbox 2.8

One more thing that i found and if someone can validate.

I am recording the call at the same time and what i found is that you can't do both at the same time, record and lesson live.

I found something like changing Local@ext for SIP@ext but since i am new on this i am not sure where to look for to do this change
I am using Trixbox  2.8.0.4

Hi,
On my installation the live monitoring dial the extension i get the phone ringing but i can't hear any voice or audio
I might be missing something with the Chanspy

I look all over but still can't find a solution


(From the install manual)
In order to implement this, you must edit the /etc/asterisk/extensions_queuemetrics.conf and change the following lines as shown here:

...
exten => 11,7,ChanSpy(${QM_AGENT_EXT})
...

...
exten => 14,6,ChanSpy(${QM_AGENT_EXT})

Running QueueMetrics / Help with agent priority new installation

Hi,
Everything seems to work fine except the (Normal,Wrap and Spill)
I did set them up on the queue but when i try calling it does not seem to do anything, look like the rrmemory from the queue setup is the only thing that is working and agent on the Spill get call as if they were normal.
I am probaly missing some configuration and after googling and checking the forum i still can't find what is missing???
If someone could help i appreciate
