Log message: The file does not exist

Greeting All!

We have QM in our office. It works fine, but our log-files are increasing significantly.
There are many rows in our quemetrics.* files as below:

Jan 12, 2016 9:58:33 AM it.loway.tpf.transaction.servlets.LowayTransactionController myLogErr
SEVERE: [CFAFCF18D1C3CDD901901BBD628396AB] The file   does not exist
Jan 12, 2016 10:35:29 AM it.loway.app.queuemetrics.liveData.agentLive doRun
SEVERE: UserException: Error found in external loop
The file   does not exist

Could you please advise, which parameter should I change to avoid such messages?

Hi Daniel,

which version of QueueMetrics are you using?

In any case if you don't need those logs you can delete them, and to keep them not to big you can rotate them,

Hi Mirko,

This is 14. Yeah, all log-files are handled by rotatelog. But we want to know the reason of such messages.

I think that error was already soved could you try to update to the latest version of QM?

Did you install with yum? In that case should be very easy:

yum update queuemetrics

do that when the callcenter is idle, it will take a couple of minutes, but after that at the first access to QueueMetrics you'll be asked to update the database and that procedure could take a while depending on the size of your database.
