Running QueueMetrics / Dialout campaing order
« on: August 18, 2021, 14:14:02 »
Hello,
I wonder if it is possible to sort the campaing list inside the dialout box in a different order. Agents would like to choose a diferent default campaign to make outbound calls, but I cannot understand how is that list sortered, because is not alphabetically sorted.

Thanks in Advance,
Tony.

Problems / Random problems with login or logout from queues
« on: June 15, 2020, 12:46:23 »
Hello,
I am experiencing some random problems with agents that cannot login or logout from some queues. When this happens, you check that the button for login (or logout) the agent on these queues actually has an effect on Asterisk - it logs in or logs out the extension from the queue - but Queuemetrics shows you the opposite information, not letting you change ir or force it. Even after restarting the full system it keeps showing the agent as still logged in (or out). Any ideas on what I can check in order to solve it? Thanks in advance

Antonio.

Hi,
I am looking for customizing the reports to not taking into account abandoned calls that were abandoned before the first 5 seconds of a call. These 5 seconds is the time that a call takes to start ringing an agent's extension, so we do not want blame the agents for calls that they couldn't even hear. I have not found anything similar on the forum.

Thanks in advance,
Toni.

Running QueueMetrics / Agents experience random logouts
« on: November 04, 2014, 19:52:38 »
Hello,
I have been testing Queuemetrics for the last two months and - although seems a very useful tool for call centers - I have not been able to make it work properly. My main problem consists in random logouts from queues after some hours of work, so agents cannot login again unless I restart the system. Also the call list panel sometimes shows a finished call as active even if it happened some time before. This doesn’t let agents to make calls because the system thinks that there is an active call on progress. I wonder if someone else have experienced the same sort of errors and could guide me through or point the mistakes I have made during  the configuration of Queuemetrics. Thanks in advance.
My version of Queuemetrics is 14.06.2, in conjunction with FreePBX 2.11.0.38
