Scripting QueueMetrics / Custom wallboard

HI,

Im a little new to QM. Could anyone advise on how to change the "Queue, Age, Rdy, Pau, Unk, Bsy, Waiting, In   & Out" heading's on the wallboard. I would also like to chage the background clour of these tables if possible?
