QueueMetrics installation / queuemetrics and vicidial: why to add the queues manual?

Hi;
Why I have to configure the queues manually in the vicidial? Actually it is a bothering method, it should be detected automatically. Any method to overcome this?
One more thing, with vicidial, we can use queuesmetrics to generate quality assessment?
