one of IT guys run a yum update in the queueemetrics server and now we have this page:


QueueMetrics JDBC connection tester
We have detected that your QueueMetrics database needs updating.

Your current configuration is:

    * XML configuration file found at:
      /usr/local/queuemetrics/webapps/queuemetrics-1.6.0.1/WEB-INF/web.xml
    * JDBC URI configured as:
      jdbc:mysql://localhost/queuemetrics?autoReconnect=true&zeroDateTimeBehavior=convertToNull&jdbcCompliantTruncation=false&user=queuemetrics&password=javadude


Under this configuration you are ready to run the JDBC connection tester.

This wizard will guide you between steps required to check and update, if required, the QueueMetrics database. Please click on the button below to start the procedure.

when i run the wizard it gives me error :

Checking current version of table: 'agenti_noti'     Error     Java Error: Errore DB: java.sql.SQLException: Unknown column 'group_by' in 'field list' The required database table 'agenti_noti' is missing some fields. Are you updating from a previous version of QM?

and when i continue give me :

and i can't get the QM back to work, need help asap

problem is solve

enable = yes ( i know but what can i say )

i don't see no activity in * when i click "run"

my manager.conf have this:

[admin]
secret=amp111
deny=0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0.0
permit=127.0.0.1/255.255.255.0
......

since QM and * are in the same computer i use the local host

in the configutarion.properties file i have:

callfile.dir=tcp:admin:amp111@127.0.0.1

then i have he trix section ( i use this one but i don't know if i have to use it because is a regular asterisk no trix ) the same instrucction as callfile.dir.

I'm using a context call from-internal for the extensions and phones so i leave the context from-internal all over the place.

on QM Live section i show the trix on KO instead of OK.

btw, i try using the 298 example in your manual and works perfect so i know has to be something with permissions.

please help.!!!!

Hello everybody, i'm having a big problem login agents from the web page of queuemetrics to the asterisk

here is the error when i click on "run" in the pop up window : "You do not have the rights to perform the requested action."

ANY IDEA????????????????????????????????????

it works with login internal but not with the agents page

yes the buttons are clickcable and when i'm in the CLI and click then i don't see any activity.

i don't receive error on the web or CLI.  they just don't work.

i did all what your manual says.  i have that working perfect.  but the agents page buttons don't work. I can't log them off or log them in or put the on pause or take it off.

i can see the Realtime live with no problems.

When i send a command from the QM to the asterisk like agents loggin in or loging off it works perfect but when i press any of those buttons it does not send nothing or not been show in the CLI.

what else you want me to check ???

I configure the manager.conf file for the API manager in the trixbox and put the key RTLIVE in the agent option but still i can't make de log in, log off, pause and unpause buttons work.

plus the page tell me if is log off or is log in so i know is taking the information from the asterisk ( when i log in manually over the phone not over the page )

I click but they don't do nothing.  What do i have to do to make this agent pages works so they can use it ???
