Running QueueMetrics / Agent Page pause default with a --

Hi was looking at bug #1202 it says it was resolved, but in my new install the agent still sees on the pause selection "--" which should not be an option only the listed pauses should be there.
How can i remove the "--".

Running QueueMetrics / cannot logon agent to queue

Hi ijust installed queuemetrics via the elastix 2.5 addon page and everything works, except for the issue that when i try to logon an agent to a queue it tries but then returns the queue to the left on the console. any help?
