QueueMetrics installation / Agent Logon Issue

Hi Everyone,
I'm installing QM 15.02 on a new installation of FreePBX running Asterisk 11. I'm running into an issue with agents joining queues.
After selecting an available queue to join and attempting to join it, the queue moves over to the "Queues Logged In" section. However, the loading circle just continually spins until eventually the queue moves back to the "Available" section.
The catch is that during this time the extension is actually added to the asterisk queue. QM just doesn't reflect that it is added.
Any help would be appreciated.
