Hi,

first of all, at this link ( https://github.com/Loway/QueueMetricsHowTos/blob/master/QueueMetricsInstall.md  ) you can find a very simple tutorial that explains how QueueMetrics work and how to install it. This is often useful to sort ideas out about QueueMetrics :)

Can you tell us more about your system? (what PBX are you running?).
I'm almost sure that your problem is related on your PBX configuration, (maybe you have a short timeout on your queues) because QueueMetrics just "listen" what happens in your PBX reading the Asterisk's queue_log file (a file where asterisk writes all that happens in queues).

Hi,

Queuemetrics reports that call, but not as Abandoned, or it doesn't show it at all?

What you can do is to find the call_id of that call and do a grep on /var/log/asterisk/queue_log wth that id, and post it here so that we can see the whole life-cycle of that call.

Thanks

Hi,

yes, just replace the values (and log out and in in QueueMetrics to see them updated).

I'd do a dump of the table before doing that, just to be on the safe side.

Scripting QueueMetrics / Re: Invalid XML-RPC codes in documentation
« on: February 11, 2014, 17:19:06 »
Hello, you can test any QM's XAML-RPC fuction with our XML-RPC Broswer ( https://github.com/Loway/QueueMetricsXmlRpcBrowser ).
This is a very useful tools that will help you debug your scripts. Just tested OkDO.HDRRpt and it works fine.

Kind Regards

QueueMetrics news / Re: QueueMetrics 13.12 released today
« on: January 20, 2014, 15:30:34 »
Hi Ron.

They just installed your latest version and uptill now it looks great.

Nice to hear that; thank you!

Is there more information about the new (beta)Agent page?

We're developing the new Agent's page and we think it will be a big surprise because introduces a new efficient way to work with QueueMetrics. We're working hard on this and will be available for the next release of QueueMetrics.
It's true, now there's a beta version of the agent's page with an hidden security key, but this page is just an internal test that we use to test QueueMetrics' communication with server and nothing has to share with the one that will be released soon.

And your talking about the new active polling mode. Is that standard? If not where to set it.

This is how to enable Active Polling: http://manuals.loway.ch/QM_UserManual-chunked/ch08.html#Agent_page_auto_refresh

Hello,

the easier thing to do is to put this external call on a queue, as QueueMetrics does when placing outbound calls.
