We're using an in-house app that allows managers to cherry-pick calls from queue that is performing an AMI channel redirect on the channel that is in queue.

What I've noticed is that those calls which are answered by an agent through AMI redirection are reflected by QueueMetrics as unanswered calls because the Queue App doesn't see the call get answered.

What data should we insert into the MySQL table to reflect the call as 'answered'?

Running QueueMetrics / Subqueue report on "hidden queues"
« on: September 11, 2009, 04:34:45 »
We're using the subqueue reports so that we can report on individual incoming DIDs.  Currently, we make the imported hidden queues visible on the main pulldown for reports as necessary.

We have hundreds of DIDs and we're adding more on a regular basis.  The "auto configure" ability that automatically creates the "hidden sub-queues" in QueueMetrics is a life-saver.

But can we run a report on one of these subqueues without having to go into each one and make it visible?  On the main pulldown we have our "summary reports" and a single pulldown with hundreds of entries would be unwieldy.  However, a sub-queue lookup-style entry field would be great.

Is there something I'm missing or maybe an easy way to do this?

Thanks

Running QueueMetrics / Question about subque report presentation
« on: September 09, 2009, 03:33:09 »
We're now setup for subqueue's and it works great.  The only issue is when we run a report on the entire queue (ex: 999.*), it lists all the DIDs in that queue under the top header for "Atomic queue(s) considered:".  We have hundreds of DIDs on these queues so it pushes the graph for calls answered vs. calls taken and the total calls figure waaaay off to the right.

Is there a way to fix that?

General Asterisk configuration / Subqueue Reports
« on: August 21, 2009, 20:08:17 »
I setup qloaderd and asterisk to record a DID as sub-queue and have verified in the database that the info is there.  How do I configure the report though – or the queue for the report?
