Running QueueMetrics / wrong queues on agents codes

Hi All

I am running queuemetrics 1.7 and Asterisk 1.8 .

why sometimes Agents code shows logged on the wrong queues.
This is frustrating and I have to use console to log them off and then log them back on the console and it will show the right queues.

any idea how to prevent this

Running QueueMetrics / missed calls not showing on real page

missed calls are not showing on the agent real time page.
I can find the on reports , but I need the agent to see their missed calls on the agent real time page.
any suggestions?

Running QueueMetrics / missed call while agent is on call

missed call while agent is on call ,but it happened only once and the agent was logged to the queue.
what could be the problem?
