"Agent status cannot be determined" on agent screen

The issue has been fixed and version 1.5.0 will be free of it. We are about to release it.

I am using Queuemetrics version 1.5.5 and I am having the same problem. This problem seems occurred after update the pbx using update-scripts, update-fixes and update-source(PBX in a Flash commands) Please help.

Have you tried logging off and on agents manually?

Same problem. I am not using qloader or mysql but rather the simple queue_log file. I can even see this message on the documentation snapshot.
