Title: Error while listening Calls in queuemetrics 1.4.4

HTTP Status 404-/qm/
$WEBAPP/sys_error,jsp

type Status repot

message : /qm/$WEBAPP/sys.error.jsp

description: The requested resource (/qm/$WEBAPP/sys.error.jsp) is not available.


But in real scenerio files are present while click to play that file this error appears.

Are you speaking of recorded calls or live calls?
