Hi people,

We have a problem ... Queuemetrics show agent available, but this agent is in call ... I don´t know what happened... I use Queuemetrics version 1.4.4 and the ASTERISK version 1.4.12.1 ... Somebody help me ...

Can you post a screenshot?
Does it happen always for all agents?

Ok... I will see if is possible...

No ... the problem happenned some agents... and the problems is unstable!!

When it happens, you should take a screenshot with the time visibvle, so we can look back on the queue_log and see what was missing.
