hi there
we have trixbox 2.8.04 and have hooked up Queumetrics..
Looking for the following in an outbound callcentre...
1) We do not want hotdesking
2) We want agents to be logged in at all times but the stats to refresh at midnight
3) We want to change the realtime stats to show number of outbound dials and length of time on call...
Potential Bounty if somebody could help?

QueueMetrics:
1. you don't need to use hotdesking.
2. if you only do outbound, you don't even need logins :)
3. you can currently do that by running a report for the current day
