We have some agents that need to be able to see real time data for multiple queues. When I add multiple Keys to a single agent only one key takes effect. Is there a way to assign multiple keys to each agent?
-
No you assign only one only one key on the entity that has to be monitored (that's the "lock") and then give multiple keys to the user (like their "keyring") so that they can "open" the "lock".

That's how I have it setup.
We have queue's A, B, C, & D each with the respective key A, B, C, & D
So Agent1 will be configured with Keys A & C but only sees data for queue A and nothing for queue C.
Is there a certain syntax they should be entered with? Coma separated etc?
I plan on upgrading to 1.7.1 over the weekend and will see if it still behaves the same.

You separate multiple keys with a space.

I'm going to bump this. We have run into a problem that having multiple user keys within the user detail page has malfunctioned, allowing users not meant to see/listen to queues/recording to have full access. User keys in this context are all separated by a space, and the keys desired all have the '-' in front. I am unable to trace down the malfunction of why this is failing.
We are running QM 1.6 - upgrading is not an option. Please advise.

The "-" is not valid in a key, as it means "revoke".
