this is probably something really simple but....
is there a way of showing the reason why an agent is paused on the "real-time monitoring"
it shows the status of an agent i.e. on a call, ready and on pause but not the reason selected by the agent
thanks all

It hould already be there, if you use pause reasons and a recent version of QM.

hi
yes we are using version 1.4.3
and yes we are trying to use the pause codes via the agents screen with the drop down menu
-
where exactly do the reason show on the realtime monitoring?
i can see the agent paused with a red dot next to the agents name and also what time they "paused" but it doesnt show a reason??
-
See this - it comes from the demo system:

Look at the last agent.

i sent an email to Lorenzo yesterday with the errors from asterisk
do you want me to post them here?
-
Do this:
On the asterisk box (when there is no other activity):
1. log on the agent
2. run tail -f /var/log/queue_log
3. have the agent go on pause
4. report the lines that appeared on the queue_log
-
its fixed ;D

What was the problem? :)
