Hi, everyone!
I want to realtime monitor of outbound queue.
and I tried everything by manual but I can't find realtime monitor icon or button.
How can i do? Help me....

You mean "seeing the calls in the realtime page" or "listening to live calls"?

I mean listening the outbound call.
I can see the call

Two things come to my mind:
- does the user hold the required key? and
- Is the Agent defined in agents.conf?
Please post a few screenshots so this makes life easier.
