Title: the temporary testing license doesn't work

hello,
I am installing the IPX and call center for MYFAB in Shanghai. You sent us a temporary license for testing but it doesn't work.
I installed it within the web.xml file replacing the demo license. I should have done it wrong. I sent some mails and I never got any answer.
QueueMetrics seems ok for us. And we will probably buy it... if we can get it working.
Can you help me ?

I know Lorenzo actually sent you an email on Tuesday. He just sent it again - please confirm if you received them or not.
