Synchronized QM clock and Asterisk Clock

We have the QM on a separate machine than our Asterisk Machine.  Everything is working fine but the clocks between the two systems are not synchronize.

I have in the config file
liveclock.enable=true

How do I get the QM System to synchronize with the Asterisk System?

QueueMetrics:
Install ntpdate on both machines ans synchronize them daily to an external clock, like in this example: http://queuemetrics.com/faq.jsp#faq-032-timezones

The daily clock drift should be very low, and sub-second in any case.
