Title: [SOLVED] Agents are not logging in to the Queue

Hi,

I just finished installing the new version of QM on a new server. and I installed the license from our old server. I'm trying to test QM and for some reason Agents are not joining a Q that I created and calls are not showing in the Real time dashboard.

I'm using FreePBX

I'd really appreciate your help!

Also under System Diagnostics > AMI tester I have no configured agents

Not sure what you mean, you don't get any connection to test? Did you copy the configuration file from the old QM?

I did a restart for the server and everything started working fine... ::) ::) ::)
