If I try to listen to record calls in any 1.4.x version of QueueMetrics, I get the message: "Illegal file access: missing grant or missing file name"
In a parallel 1.3.5 instance, this works fine. These files are remote via NFS, but the permissions are fine (I even changed them to 666 just in case, but no change).
Help?

We are checking this issue. Filed as bug #201.
We would be happy if you could try and put those files in a local directory and see if it will work or not.

It still does not work with local files.

We are having the same issue with QM 1.4.1.
Are there any resolution or workarounds for this issue?
Thanks.

We are working on this issue at the moment, we are trying to understand why this happens on some users and it doesn't on others.

I confirm - there was a problem, and it has been fixed.
We relased version 1.4.2 this morning in order to fix this issue.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

FWIW, I can confirm that 1.4.2 works just fine with respect to recorded calls. Thanks for the quick fix.
