AFTER MAKING CALLS WITH MY SOFT PHONE( ZOIPER) AND I RUN CUSTOM REPORT I SEE NO CALLS LOADED FOR ME AS THE ADMIN TO LISTEN TO. COULD THIS BE BECAUSE I HV NOT INSTALLED QLOADERD. PLEASE WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM.
