Title: Display all rows in reports

I have recently  updated our queuemetrics to a new version and i noticed some difference in the report.
for example, if i were to go to generate a custom report, then go to Ans Dt. page, at the buttom, there is queue detail.
The new version  seems  to have a max 15 rows and the rest is sent to the next page. Is there any way to display all pages instead of having multiple pages?

Hi zmohammad,

you should go to "Edit Reports", and replace the two reports (Answered details and Unanswered details) with their non-paged alternatives (replace OD03 with OD01 and UD02 with UD01).
