Agents not shown in some reports

Hi.
I'm having trouble with the following topic:
When I try to do a flexible report, I choose queue, and time lapse.
If I choose the time lapse where all agent enter the queue, just a few agents are shown.
But if I choose from 0 to 23, all agents are correctly shown.
Agents are properly configured, and even in sessions page shows hours correctly.
Any help?

QueueMetrics:
As a general rule, to see agent activity, you should run a report that encompasses the agent sessions. If not, agents with no calls in the specified time frame are not shown. This can be changed by seeting a config switch.
