Title: Show active queues is not working after upgrade
Post by: tank30 on June 05, 2008, 14:58:51: We have just upgraded from 1.4.3 to 1.4.4 and it seems that Show Active queues button is not working anymore.. :-\
Anyone had the same problem?

Buttons for show queues, members and agents are not working on realtime page. HOWEVER if i press the 'Hide calls' button , it works and after that all the other buttons work including 'Show active queues'!

Hope this helps in troubleshooting..

Post by: QueueMetrics on June 11, 2008, 16:32:57: Looks like a javascript problem. Whicjh pbrowser/version are you running on? can you open up a javascrtipt console and see if you see errors in there?
