We just added a few new QueueMetrics FAQ entries, and notably:

• JBoss deployment
• MySQL timeouts with Qloaderd
• Rewriting the CLID of incoming calls

We also have a new FAQ out about how to track which of multiple incoming DIDs did actually send calls to a given queue.
