Title: Bug #1202 - Agent MUST set a pause reason - STILL AN ISSUE
Post by: torontob on January 13, 2011, 23:56:28
Even with the claim of fixing it, this bug still exists. An agent can pick up "-" simply dash as the reason code for a PAUSE CODE. This shouldn't be allowed and that is why the Bug #1202 was created. It's claimed to have been fixed in the latest version but it's not.

Did you set the related activation property?

Hello,

I have not. Where is that found?

I am afraid you are not getting the point. It's described in this post and agreed by you:

Or there is a slight chance I am missing a parameter in configuration.properties file even though I looked it all over.

Thanks

That parameter does not exist in the configurations.properties file.

I added it and it works like a charm. Thank you.

Are you thinking of embedding the configuration properties on the Admin settings page yet? It would be very handy if you give all parameter radio-check buttons and also provide a Queuemetrics restart button from the GUI interface. Transferring parameters should take much time. A simple php page would do and will bring a lot of good.
