Temp license doesn't work

I requested and received my temp license.

Email=*****
i installed it in the web.xml as direced and restarted. In queuemetrics my license still shows 2 user demo license? We were setting up a 20 seat test run today and would like to be able to actually test.

You sent me an email just asking if I fixed it. what a wasted of time. No i didn't fix it. Nothing to fix. You send me an unlimited key and I put it in the web.xml file, restarted and it doesn't work. The instructions were simple and there is no where to goof up. what should I do
