Title: Using XML-RPC to Login/Logout/Pause agents

Hey there,

I'd like to use XML-RPC or another automated external method to trigger agent logins or logouts. Anyone have such a script or example instructions? I don't see any data manipulation functions in the XML-RPC docs so I'm not sure if it's possible.

This is not available at the moment, but I am sure it would be easy to custom-implement if you care. Please contact our Support Services for a quote.
