Title: hide/del some data from analysis report

sometimes some data may unusual，like malicious call、server error ,it make the report imprecise,especially it relate to the agent's payroll.So could QM supply to del or hide the invalid data

We have a way to adjust payroll data, so user sessions can be changed.Of course all activity is logged and scrutinized :-)
