Title: Select Queues

In the login panel of the agent, the agent belongs to three queues, I can not select only one always select all, where I configure to select one or two queues, I have the version Loway QueueMetrics - 16.10.6 B: 145 - 2016.11.24-12: 44, thanks for your help,
