Hi, I am running Queuemetrics with Freepbx.
I got most of the things working. And I was trying to log call outcome as an agent, but the call outcome doesn't get recorded on screen even though it shows in the database..
And about 5% of the time it would show up on the screen. and report.....
what's going on????
My queuemetrics version is 1.5.4

Do you get it to be consistently written on the queue_log?

Yes, the queue_log is getting logged consistently.

The only reason I can think of is that the outcome for a given call must be within about 30 minutes since it was started.

Wow, I think you are correct according to my test.
I didn't find that information in the manual or FAQ, did I just missed it ? if so , can you point me to the correct place for that information?
And is it a setting that I can change in the property file?

No but I am sure it is in the manual. Maybe we should add that to the FAQ's as well.

it says. "The PAUSEREASON must be passed within 30 minutes from the end of a pause; otherwise it will be silently discarded."
