Title: Reports - Unanswered Calls

Hi guys, when I look for unanswered calls on Queuemetrics it works fine, it gives the queue where the call came from, the disconection reason.

But when I try to see the details (clicking on the icon) the new window shows the ${UNIQUEID} as the CALLERID. I need to change this.

Help is welcome  ;)

This is weird - can you post a screenshot?
