Calls not Landing

Ok but agents wil then log on NOT when they log on in Qm but when they click on the "Logon" button in QM. Is this so?

Yup, you are right we use the log on button in QM for agents to log in and start receiving calls....
QueueMetrics:
If this works for all agents but one, likely the agent does not exist in Asterisk.
