Historical Report

Can QueueMetrics produce a report showing agent logon/logoff times? I'm needing to produce a report for these events for the months of March and Februrary 2009.

If so, can you point me in the right direction on how to obtain historical reports.

QueueMetrics:
Yes; run a report for all queues for the given period, go to the agent's page and click on an agent's name.

Or click on the "Agent session detail" button on the bottom of the page (depends if you want to see them one-by-one or all together).
