Missed calls by agent

Hello. I'm trying Queuemetrics. I need to know a detail of the missed calls by agent, I mean a complete report on the "RINGNOANSWER" calls. I need this to know what agents are not answering calls.
Does Queuemetrics support this kind of report? Reviewing the reports in QM it seems that doesn't support this.

Hello,
try to run a report (select the report named "All reports" for simplicity).
In the "Att." (Attempts) page; you can find the data you are looking for.

Ok, but I dont' see a detail of the missed calls, like when the call was missed, and who was the caller.

Hello,
if you need the details for a single call just go to Ans.Dt. (Detail of answered calls) or Unans.Dt. (Detail of unanswered calls).
In the Attempts column you will find this and other data about a single call.

Bump. I need this badly. It is one of the main reasons I bought QM. I need all RINGNOANSWER on a single report page. I cant open all calls with attempts and try to piece them together. Help please.
