We are running QM 13.04.2 and Asterisk 1.8.9. When an agent is paused QM real time monitoring only displays the time not the reason. How do we have the pause reason display on this screen.

On the realtime page there should be the reason too. Could you provide a short part of your queue log file where we can find some agent login and pause, pause-reason events?

Most likely that's an issue with the logged data
