Agent pause duration displayed

Hi,
Does anyone know how to enable the agent to see how long he/she has been on pause? (in the Agent screen)
ie. allow an agent to see their pause duration.
Operating system: SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 10
QueueMetrics version: 1.6.0.2
Asterisk version: 1.4.23.2

You see the start time of the pause in the RT screen.

As indicated I would like to know if it is possible to have it displayed in the Agent screen/page (Not RT screen).
...so the agent knows how long they have been on pause.
In our setup the agents do not have access to the realtime page.

this feature is not currently available in QueueMetrics, but can be customized on request.
