Insert pause codes

Hi, how do I configure pause codes?
i have a code to pause the agents on asterisk, which is *114. I have to configure this code on the pause cfg of queumetrics?
how do i do this?
How queuemetrics will know that the agent has entered a specific pause code?

No: the pause code is a code that is entered WHEN an agent is on pause, to know WHY the agent is on pause.
