Upgrade to 1.5.1 from 1.4.3

Hi,

We are doing upgrade from QM 1.4.3 to 1.5.1. DB was upgraded ok but after upgrade we lost live call audio  monitoring as well as agent realtime page shows: Agent status cannot be determined.

Realrime statistic page works fine. You can see queues as well as active call and agents. Agent able to login/logoff and pause in Asterisk.

IS any manual modifications we should do to get QM working?

We are testing QM 1.5.1 and  Asterisk 1.6

About live call audio monitoring, try and run it and see what you get on the CLI.

Are you using Agent channels on the 1.6 or Local/XXX channels? do you have rewrite enabled?

Icon does not show at all. So on screen I can see a call but there is no icon for monitoring. Group has MON_AUDIO key as well as CALLMONITOR.

We are using a custom login script, it works on 1.4 and user can join to queue on 1.6 as well.
It is based on AddQueueMember command as we are using dynamic agents. Output to the queue log like:

exec QueueLog(NONE|NONE|SIP/$agent_id|AGENTLOGIN|-)

I can see in the database that records about agent login/logoff.

QueueMetrics:
1. make sure that yuour agents have somethingin the LOCATION field or they will never appear for monitoring.

2. Try using Local/XXX@ctxt chhannels and enable agent rewrite, and then log oin agents as agent/XXX
