QueueMetrics > Outbound and QueueMetrics

Outgoing Calls not disconnecting

(1/1)

Zerabox:
I saw where others had this problem I am still a newbie so need some help we are running PIAF 1.3 with asterisk 1.4.21 and Queuemetrics Software release: Loway QueueMetrics - 1.5.3
B: 1401 2009-05-12 10:57

We had Loway help with the outbound queues and everything worked well, I don't know if this is a new issue or if the customer has never saw the issue in the realtime screen. here is the file we have in queuemetrics

This happens if either party hangs up I was readding the other threads and it dosen't make a difference which ends terminates the call. Any agent as well and it's not every call either.

QueueMetrics:
You should post an Asterisk CLI  trace of a call that is not logged correctly, and also which lines are added to the queue_log file.

Zerabox:
Will do and post the data back ...

QueueMetrics:
Thanks!
