Title: Instant messenger address??

HI
i dont know if this is the correct forum to this question sorry if its not, anyway my question is , i see there is an option in Agent Detail  about IM Instant messenger address... and read about that and XMPP  and jabber , i got jabber server installed.

What should i do for start chat with agents with this option? ???

You should see the IM icon close to them in the realtime page.
