Hello I search for a pice of Documentation how to use the "log on" Button in the live_agent.jsp Page
What do I have to set in the "Current extension:" field, and how will this work

QueueMetrics:
You have to tell it on what pohone the agent is working, that is why there is a "Loacl extension".
