Title: Problem with live agent page

The agent status (pause unpause etc) does not refresh when it is changed by the supervisor from the real time monitoring page using the magic wand. The change is reflected when the agent does click at the "reload now" button.
I actived the auto-refreshing adding the following to the configuration.properties

realtime.useActivePolling=true
realtime.ajaxPollingDelay=5
realtime.useRowCache=true
realtime.agent_autoopenurl=true

But it does not work

Our installation is using QM 13.04 with mysql 5.0.77

This is a known issue and will be fixed in the next release.
We track this as bug #1967

FYI it is fixed in the current source tree. If you'd like to test a beta, just send us a line.
