Hello.
I hope that this is not a re-post.
Is there a report that pulls up the overall waiting time? I could only find the reports split into wait time for answered and wait time for answered. I would need a report that could pull the combined wait time.
Any help is appreciated.

Hello Daniela,
actually there's no such report, what you could do is to create a report page which as both the Answered/Unanswered details reports.
