Title: No Reports on "Unanswered Call"

Hi

I have successfully tested the queues working.

I'm able to get reports for Answered calls, but cannot get reports for unanswered calls.

Please somebody advice me on doing this.

Are you filtering by agent? can you post a screenshot?
