I'll start by stating that I'm not very familiar with how to configure asterisk using the configuration files... PBX in a Flash and FreePBX have spoiled me.

We have a group of agents that I would like to always track under the same campaign code, is it possible to allow a group of extensions to not be foreced to dial the extension code and campaign code so that any call they make NXX-NXX-XXXX is automatically part of an "outbound queue"? None of them have to dial a prefix before dialing a number currently, and if possible I would prefer not re-training them to dial a prefix on outbound calls.

QueueMetrics:
You should use the extension matching - outbound route feature so you can capture all calls with a specific pattern and track that. You should decide a "default" campaign to save the calls to, if you don't want to enter it each and every time.

FitnessPlus:
I don't see extension matching in FreePBX on the outbount route screen. Do I need to do this in the config files, and if so how?
