[SOLVED] Agents are not logging in to the Queue

Hi,

I just finished installing the new version of QM on a new server. and I installed the license from our old server. I'm trying to test QM and for some reason Agents are not joining a Q that I created and calls are not showing in the Real time dashboard.

I'm using FreePBX

I'd really appreciate your help!

Not sure what you mean, you don't get any connection to test? Did you copy the configuration file from the old QM?

I did a restart for the server and everything started working fine... ::) ::) ::)
